Relaxation has been a life long interest. I’ve always been sensitive to life’s rhythms which can result in tension, stress and anxiety.
I have a passion for cultivating the ability to go beyond just learning how to relax. To have the ability to practically eliminate stress and anxiety and thus enhance physical and spiritual healing is the gift I hope to offer you. This intention will hopefully shine through in the articles and content produced here on the site.
